By formulating a request and filling in the columns for issuing a legal opinion on this platform, you understand and accept, in addition to the above, the following:
(i) When the lawyer considers that the requested opinion is of the nature to harm his professional independence or creed or that there is a risk that it will be used for purposes other than the strictly personal use of the user, the lawyer has the right to refuse to provide the requested opinion;
(ii) Publication in the press, on social media platforms or dissemination publishing in any other way the opinion expressed by the lawyer on this platform is strictly prohibited;
(iii) Appropriation of the opinion formulated by the lawyer by the user or to any of its interlocutors, for the purpose of communication to third parties (including customers of the user) for commercial purposes, or for any other purposes, is strictly prohibited;
(iv) Reproduction in any way of the opinion formulated by the lawyer without prior written consent of the lawyer is strictly prohibited;
(v) The user of the platform will provide the lawyer with correct information, complete and prompt;
(vi) The platform user will respect the confidentiality of the information provided by the lawyer;
(vii) The platform user will use the opinion formulated by the lawyer only in indicative and strictly personal purpose and will not disclose it to any third party;
(viii) The user will correctly and completely provide his identification data as well as the identification data of the person on whose behalf he acts so that the lawyer can make the checks required by law regarding the existence of a possible conflict of interests and fulfill the formalities of knowing the clientele and those regarding the protection of personal data, according to the law;
(ix) The lawyer’s responsibility for the opinions expressed on this platform towards user and/or towards any third party is expressly excluded.
In accordance with art. 26 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 49/2009 regarding the freedom of establishment of service providers and the freedom to provide services in Romania, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 68/2010, with subsequent amendments, the user was informed that the owner of the platform is:

The authors of the legal opinions on this platform are the lawyers practicing their profession within the above-mentioned form of practice, thus registered in the Register of Lawyers from the Bucharest Bar Association.
