Ana-Maria (Anca) Mustatea

Ana-Maria is Of Counsel to our firm, collaborating on a project basis on niche real estate and regulatory matters. With 7+ years’ experience built early within leading international law firms active in Romania, she has advised on complex transactions, including sales and acquisitions, lease drafting and negotiations, permitting and urban planning compliance, land registry issues, and real estate investments across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. While not an associate, she is part of our extended team and is engaged when mandates require her specific expertise, integrating seamlessly into deal teams from structuring through closing and post-closing. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Bucharest, has been a lawyer with the Bucharest Bar since 2017, and continuously updates her know-how through specialized publications and participation in national and international conferences, seminars, and trainings. Her analytical approach and hands-on execution make her a trusted specialist for complex, focused, time-sensitive assignments.
