Professional background
Andreea has been a real estate lawyer since 2010, her experience being built right from the first steps in some of the largest law firms in Romania, recognized for excellence in real estate practice.
Over time, it has provided assistance in all phases of implementation, operation and capitalization of a real estate project, by all categories of players in the field (sellers and buyers, tenants and landlords, entrepreneurs and investors, consultants and beneficiaries, litigants and authorities ), most of them leaders in their market segments.
She has been involved in projects with a complex legal component, including privatization strategies, structuring real estate transactions (in a broad sense), issues regarding the cancellation of building permits and urban planning documents, issues regarding the legalization of buildings, real estate concessions in the public domain, land book shares, etc.
Andreea is one of the few lawyers in the market with concrete experience and applied knowledge regarding the regime of unfinished or unauthorized constructions and the entry into legality, this being one of Andreea's favorite topics of professional concern in recent years.
Academic profile
Andreea graduated with a double degree in law, being licensed both at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2010 and at the Faculty of Law of the University of Paris I Panthéon - Sorbonne as a result of graduating from the French Law College. Romanian of European Studies in 2009.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2010, among the top ten students of his generation and also in the first ten he passed the entrance exam for the profession of lawyer, organized by the Bucharest Bar in 2010.
In 2012 he graduated with a master's degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest.
She is currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, in the field of civil law, the chosen research topic being related to the abuse of law in contracts concluded between professionals.
