Serafima joined the Secu Legal team in 2021 after a previous two years of professional experience in another law firm specializing in real estate law, especially in the residential sector.
Serafima is a dedicated and passionate lawyer with solid legal knowledge, professionally oriented especially in the area of real estate litigation, where he assisted clients on issues related to the cancellation of building permits, businesses, rentals and claims. She has also been involved in current consulting projects, in connection with the rental and operation of office and logistics space, in complex real estate transactions, including in the preliminary processes of legal analysis of the title deed.
Serafima graduated from the Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova in 2018.
Also in 2018, Serafima graduated the special introductory course in German law held by the IRZ foundation (Deutsche Stiftung fur Internationale Rechtliche Zusammenarbeit E.V.).
In 2019, he graduated with a master's degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest.
He has been a lawyer with the Bucharest Bar since 2019.
